Professional Credentials

All therapy and counseling services at The Grief Center are provided by licensed mental health professionals in the State of Tennessee. Christal R. Pennic is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP).

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision services are provided in accordance with Tennessee Board of Professional Counselors regulations. Supervision does not guarantee licensure outcomes.

Insurance & Billing

The federal No Surprises Act

The federal No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022) protects Tennessee consumers from unexpected out-of-network bills for emergency services and non-emergency care at in-network facilities, limiting costs to in-network rates.
