By accessing or using The Grief Center website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Description
The Grief Center provides grief therapy, counseling, support groups, clinical supervision, training, and consultation services. Our website provides information about our services and allows you to contact us or register for programs.
3. Eligibility
Our therapy services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. Family sessions may include minors with parental/guardian consent. Clinical supervision services are available to licensed and provisionally licensed mental health professionals.
4. Appointments &
Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific policies will be outlined in your client agreement.
5. Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept most major insurance plans. Co-pays and deductibles are the responsibility of the client. Fees for services not covered by insurance will be communicated in advance.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Tennessee state law. Exceptions include:
- Mandated reporting requirements
- Imminent risk of harm
- Court orders
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Transmit harmful content
- Reproduce our content without permission
8. Intellectual Property
