Grief Groups — You Are Not Alone

Find strength in shared experience. Our facilitated grief support groups offer a safe, compassionate space to process loss alongside others who understand.

What We Offer

Guided Grief Support in Community

Grief support groups provide a collective space for individuals experiencing loss to come together, share their stories, and find strength in community. Guided by experienced facilitators, these groups foster belonging and mutual understanding — reminding you that you are not walking this path alone. This is not group therapy. Grief support groups are a guided, peer-centered experience rooted in shared understanding, emotional safety, and practical coping. Each session is designed to honor your story while connecting you with others navigating similar experiences.

Shared Support

A place to be understood without having to explain everything.

Our grief groups offer guided connection, emotional safety, and practical coping support for people navigating loss in community.

Why Join a Group

The Power of Shared Experience

Shared Understanding

Hearing others' stories can provide insight into your own grief journey. Participants relate to one another's experiences, creating a deep sense of belonging that is difficult to find elsewhere.

Emotional Safety

Our groups create a judgment-free environment where every emotion is welcome. Experienced facilitators guide each session, ensuring all voices are heard, validated, and respected.

Coping & Growth

Group members share coping strategies and approaches that have worked for them. Learning from others' journeys can inspire new ways of navigating grief and finding meaning after loss.
